This is a motorised gimbal system that can fly cameras up to 3.5kg in weight.  It also includes a second controller so that another operator can control the pan, tilt & roll while the 1st operator concentrates on movement.

The Ronin-M can be configured in any of three operation modes for different requirements with no change in functionality. Upright (overslung) Mode gives an eye-level viewpoint, while the normal underslung mode is for any viewpoint from chest height to ground level and in this mode can be supported by a jib or crane. Finally there is Briefcase Mode which is better for negotiating tight spaces but still with full functionality.

Unlike some other gimbal systems, the DJI Ronin-M does not require tools for adjustment, as it has a built-in balance adjustment system. In fact setup is possible in as little as 5 minutes when changing position or configuration and the ATS (Auto Tune Stability) technology intelligently fine-tunes the gimbal to your rig. Smoothtrack Control also allows for smooth changes in camera angle for a single operator.

Note: to connect to the Ronin via the mobile app, you will need to create an account (takes a few mins) and then you will be asked for the Ronin Bluetooth password. The password is films1 (note all letters are lowercase as the password is case sensitive)
