In March we told you about our green screen shoot in Cumbria with apprentices from the CMC (Cumbria Museums Consortium). The film is finished and is now available to view online. We used a combination of Final Cut Pro, Apple Motion 5, Photoshop and DaVinci Resolve 10 to edit the interviews into a story, grade the footage, compositing (remove the green background), complex animation ( create a series of 2d animations) to suit the subject in the film.

The aim was to promote the apprenticeship scheme being run by the CMC through positive messages from the young people who have been taking part. Helen, our contact at the CMC, was very pleased with the final outcome and the consortium have posted the video onto their Vimeo channel.
