Marketing wizard, Rick Turner (The Big Sheep proprietor, Training Partner for South West Tourism Alliance and owner of Purple Cloud Consultancy Ltd.) talks about The Art of being Brilliant. Watch our video of Rick linked above or directly in Youtube here.

Rick says, 'It revolves around how you can be yourself - but brilliantly- and how you can increase your personal happiness and effectiveness every day'. It focuses on the 2%ers, a group of naturally very happy positive. On a happiness scale of 0 to 10 with 0 being just about alive and 10 being like Tigger, the average Brit - with the pessimistic papers we read, the sad stories in the news, the depressing TV and soaps -- comes out as just 3 out of 10. However, about 2% of the population operate daily on a level of about 8-9 - these are the amazing 2%ers.

If you are brilliant, positive, happy and optimistic most days and make those in a room feel glad when you walk in, you're a 2%er.
