North Devon Surf scenic montage film for North Devon+

We have just finished a short scenic surf montage video for North Devon+ to use at a brushboarding roadshow in London in the summer this year.

This was created using a collection of old and new footage from Croyde, Sidmouth, Scotland, Woolacombe and some intercuts of Jim Jones and Douglas E Powell, all set to the excellent Jim Jones track 'on the road to you' from his latest album. features surfing from Andrew 'Cotty' Cotton, Ed Knight, Adam Thornton and some coverage of the BSA Interclubs surfing competition at Woolacombe, Croyde Bay and Croyde Downend Point and a few shots from North Scotland from our documentary Half Life.

This video includes some compositing shots (the boats with rain shot started as a free stock image which we messed with a bit in photoshop and Sapphire Plugins to create rain on the water - it was intended for Jim's album promo video, but he didn't like it so it didn't make that cut - always a shame when you spend hours on something!).
