Kit Description

The wireless 1st AC Focus Puller Kit combines our latest Teradek Bolt LT 500 zero delay SDI wireless video system, Redrock ATLAS Remote Follow Focus and Blackmagic 7 inch focus assist monitor with Vlock battery kit into the ideal handheld package. You can swap out the monitor for the Portkeys 5 inch 2000 Nits daylight viewable HDMI and SDI monitor if you go with the Paralinx Ace HDMI wireless video system. More focus puller kits coming soon or contact us to help you choose the right parts to build your ideal remote focus puller rig from scratch.

Focus pulling plays a very important role in creative filmmaking, but sometimes if you are using a camera crane, jib, gimbal or steadicam or simply filming in a small space, it isn't practical to have another person stood next to the camera to pull focus.

This kit provides a handheld solution that provides a wireless feed from the camera HD-SDI feed and a remote follow focus system, allowing the focus puller / 1st AC to check focus from a distance of 20-30 meters away.

The kit includes the Redrock ATLAS remote follow focus system including motor, reciever and controller, wireless transmitter & receiver, 7" Blackmagic monitor/recorder, neck strap, v-lock dual battery kit and any necessary cabling. Please see the individual components to ensure you understand the mounting and powering requirements for the wireless video and remote focus system at the transmitter (camera) end.
