2 day film shoot with Absolute Dogs

Stu spent Monday & Tuesday of this week filming a series of videos with the team from the AbsoluteDogs dog training company near Okehampton.

The shoot was in doubt with the current Covid-19 situation and despite a lockdown starting on Monday evening, due to Stu having stayed in one of their holiday cottages overnight and it being a private farm, the decision was made to continue filming on Tuesday to ensure that everything could be captured.

Because the weather was lovely, All of Monday was spent filming on the moors nearby, in and around a river and small waterfalls. Day 2 was spent at the Absolute Dogs training venue.

The footage was captured on a Sony a7s II camera, with audio captured using Sennheiser radio mic kits and the Edirol R-44 sound recorder. Action footage was also captured using a 2nd Sony a7s II on a DJI Ronin-M gimbal

The footage will be used in a range of current, ongoing projects. One of these is a new 25 day course aimed at helping owners to train their dogs at home during the UK lockdown.

If you are interested in video production or just certain elements of it like filming & crew hire or post production and editing then please get in touch to discuss your next project.
