Mobile edit suite hire & editing assistance for Martin Cassini

Martin Cassini's campaign for traffic system reform - Equality Streets (formerly FiT Roads) - continues. His latest project is a series of films for Cheshire East Council about the biggest shared space (no traffic lights) scheme yet seen in the UK.

It's at a major junction in the small town of Poynton, currently cut in two by a north-south trunk road. We part-hired, part-loaned Martin our Apple Macbook Pro with Final Cut Studio and an external hard drive containing footage from his previous films for use in the new edits.

After completing an assembly edit, Martin returned to us and we taught him more advanced techniques to help him refine the first piece. Then he went away and completed the second, longer version, with the occasional SOS dealt with by email. The two films so far approved (a 4' and a 10') still await a green light from the Council to go public.

Meanwhile, if you would like to find out more about Martin's work, see Equality Streets or you can still visit his old FiT Roads site.
