Now introducing an exciting innovation in grip arm design. At the end of our 40" grip arm, you will find a baby hex pin with six milled flat surfaces. Now, you can mount your light fixtures or accessories on the end of your grip arm like a mini boom. They won't rotate due to the set-screw of that fixture or accessory, locking onto one of the sides of the hex pin.
This is a Grip Head complete with 40 inch Extension - ideal for clamping to a lighting stand to add a little extra reach for flags or other lighting equipment.
The cast aluminium grip head has a non slip/non-stick aluminium braking pad offering positive lock and precise control and has 4 available V jaws provide and even better grip - used for affixing lighting flags.
The hex end allows you to clamp a fixture that will not swivel on the end like they can on rounded grip arm extensions.
