Rocking Romans play filming for Somerset School

Last week, Mark received an urgent message from the nearby Dulverton Junior School.
They were putting on their 2023 school play 'The Rocking Romans' and needed someone to film the play for parents who couldn't attend the live event.

Luckily Mark was able to get himself prepped and down to the school on the next day to capture the show.
He filmed it in 6K RAW using the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K, then edited and produced the final film in 4K.
To capture audio at the event, he used three microphones to capture audience ambience as well as the dialogue on stage

The final show film was uploaded to the schools Vimeo account, where it will be privately shared with parents who can enjoy the show again (or for the first time if they couldn't make it there in person.

The co-chair of the schools governing body sent us the following:

"Many thanks for turning up to film the children's play at the Junior School last Wednesday. This was a real result as we wanted to capture a record of the event for the children and their parents, with a professionally made production.  Thank you for all your efforts."
