O'Kalem Collection DVD build project for IFI completed

We have been working hard to complete a DVD project for the Irish Film Institute (IFI). The O'Kalem Collection is a rare glimpse into the film archives, showing for the 1st time in many years, a series of films made by the Kalem Film Company between 1910-1915.

We were sent the finished films by American documentary film maker Peter Flynn of BIFF Productions, who also made a 96 min documentary for the 2nd disk called Blazing The Trail.

Here at maniac Films we provided technical advice in preparing the films for DVD, created animated homepage menus using exisiting artwork and built the DVD menu structure, before dispatching the final Dual Layer tapes to the replicators.
