This is the Zoom H4n solid state 4 channel audio recorder.
The R-44 can record up to 24bit/96khz across up to 4 channels or a range of other settings below this. The unit has 2x XLR/jack combo inputs and stereo line audio out to another device.
The unit also has a built-in stereo mic system, that can be altered to cover either a 90 degree or 180degree pattern

The Zoom H4n records onto SD or SDHC cards and the data can be quickly transferred to your computer via USB or using a memory card reader.

Standard prices shown on this website are for a 1 day rental which includes delivery the previous day and pick up the next day. All prices include VAT.

Other discounts apply including bundle pricing for multiple items, so please ask for long term hire rates on an individual basis.

We ship using next day courier for the whole of the UK, with Scottish Isles (2 days), Ireland (2 day) and Europe taking longer.
You are very welcome to pick up from us in Devon if you wish.
All equipment is packed into protective hard (Peli) cases for shipping.
Typical shipping charges £15 +vat for one Peli case.
Multiple items and larger rentals may be up to £25-£30 + vat each way.
Shipping is usually 'anytime' or can be done by 9.30 or by 12 at extra cost. Deliveries can be made on Saturdays at extra cost.
Pick ups will be arranged for 'anytime' on the day after the rental finishes (Mon-Fri only for pick ups).
1 day rentals include shipping the previous day and pick up the next day (Mon - Friday). Any 1 day rentals for a Friday will also attract the Weekend rate unless you have previously arranged to drop off kit to us in Croyde on Saturday.

As part of our rental policy, we require that individuals/companies renting equipment have adequate insurance to cover the value of the kit.
Some companies may have rented in equipment insurance as part of their main insurance package but we often find that smaller companies and individuals do not have the correct cover. To help with this we have recommended some companies that offer short-term insurance cover for rentals.
