A great bit of kit! This handy frame helps for hand held shot stabilization and is especially good when used with a small video camera with a LANC controller . You really need a flip out screen to see what your doing - but this works also with small monitors on the top cold shoe mounts. Ideal for mounting a microphone shockmount on the top too. A bit like a manfrotto fig rig but avoids you getting asked constantly where's your car ? !
