Audio CD master production
We produce standard Audio CDs, Enhanced Audio CDs and CD-TEXT Audio CDs. We can remaster your audio files to ensure no audio peaking and advise on any problems with the sound quality. Audio CDs are mastered onto white or silver printable CD-R media and can be used to replicate large quantities or to duplicate small quantities. We can setup track gaps and add titles to the CD master. CD-TEXT CDs allow you to add full track information for Artist and Title which will show on compatible Cd players.		Enhanced Audio CDs have two tracks - one audio track is read by a CD player and both tracks can be read by a computer. Enhanced Audio CDs allow you to have extra content to play back in a computer - such as video clips, web pages, any data files - as long as they fit within the size limitations. We can create auto-play data CDs and create custom webpages and Flash players that can playback MP3 versions of audio on the computer. Note: auto-play is limited to PC operating systems but Enhanced CDs will playback correctly in Macs.

  Audio CD printing and duplication

Just want some CDs duplicating ? We have full disc duplication and printing facilities in-house for both CD and DVD in quantities from 1-1000 and can arrange replication services at great rates for larger quantities.

We only use high quality CD-R blanks to be sure of the quality of the finished disc. For short runs of CD-Rs we use an inkjet process to print directly to the disc surface in Black only or Full colour. Price variation is based on quantity of ink used for the disc print - we can advise you of the cost variation based on the disc artwork.

We can produce your disc print artwork and sleeve artwork – or you can supply that yourselves. We supply black and white or full colour sleeve prints and inserts on quality 170gsm photo glossy paper.

There are lots of ways to keep the costs down - you can package the disc artwork yourself or you can self wrap the jewel cases - or just use c-shell cases or transparent vinyl cases and remove the need for cover printing altogether.

                    

We offer a range of case styles to suit your requirements from clear c-shell cases to coloured double DVD cases with shrink wrap. Let us know your requirements and we can try to source the most appropriate cases.

We can do short runs from 1 to 1000 CDs - there are no setup costs if you supply a master CD-R and the artwork in the correct format. For larger quantities we use a different replication process and will need to add cost for creating a different type of disc master (pressed) for both the audio and the artwork (screen printed).
